1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the parkjili Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any modifications or updates we may make from time to time.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization or entity to these Terms, and references to "you" in these Terms shall refer to both you as an individual and the organization or entity you represent.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the parkjili Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. parkjili reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The parkjili Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. You represent and warrant that you are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform and that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws and regulations. parkjili does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.

2.3 Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration and account verification;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Register only one account per person — duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited;
• Not register an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account;

Failure to comply with verification requests may result in account restrictions, including suspension of deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your parkjili account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party and to notify parkjili immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3.2 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not. parkjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account, except where such unauthorized use results from parkjili's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3.3 Account Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Allow any other person to access or use your account;
• Transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account to another person;
• Use your account for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party;
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotions;
• Use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your parkjili account using any of the payment methods made available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported methods. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits specified for each payment method. parkjili reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your parkjili account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified in accordance with Section 2.4;
• You must meet any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name;
• Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times and limits specified on the Platform;
• parkjili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.

4.3 Fees and Charges

parkjili does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are beyond parkjili's control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the parkjili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

parkjili may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be made available at the time the promotion is offered. 6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the parkjili Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface or on the Platform. You agree to familiarize yourself with and abide by the rules of any game you play. In the event of a dispute regarding game rules or outcomes, parkjili's decision shall be final and binding.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All games on the parkjili Platform that involve an element of chance use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. parkjili does not manipulate game results, and all outcomes are determined independently of player activity or account balance.

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue, parkjili reserves the right to void all affected gameplay and refund stakes. parkjili is not liable for any losses resulting from game malfunctions, and affected players will be notified and compensated in accordance with our internal policies.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the parkjili Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to credit card fraud, money laundering, or identity theft;
• Colluding with other players or using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage;

• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or parkjili staff;
• Using offensive, obscene, or inappropriate language in usernames, chat, or communications;
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for personal gain.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the parkjili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of parkjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

8.1 Limited License

parkjili grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from parkjili;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.

8.2 Trademarks

The parkjili name, logo, and all related marks, product names, and slogans are trademarks of parkjili. You may not use any of these marks without the prior written permission of parkjili. All other trademarks appearing on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The parkjili Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. parkjili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, parkjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if parkjili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall parkjili's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your parkjili account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

10.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact parkjili's customer support team and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. parkjili will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving your complaint.

10.2 Binding Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and parkjili agree to resolve any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against parkjili.

10.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11. Termination and Suspension

11.1 Termination by parkjili

parkjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any other applicable policies;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
• Extended periods of account inactivity as defined in our inactivity policy.

11.2 Termination by You

You may close your parkjili account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11.

12. Changes to Terms

parkjili reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
